In America, it is traditional to give a gift of cotton for the second wedding anniversary and this is a fun and unique way to do it! Personalized with two names, an ampersand and the wedding or anniversary date, this hoop is made to order and can be hung or placed anywhere in the couple's home.
Finished in a hoop measuring either 6, 7 or 8 inches in diameter. Please choose hoop size based on preference but keep in mind that shorter names look better in smaller hoops and longer names look better in larger hoops.
Hoop comes finished and ready to give, hang and enjoy. Lightweight enough to be hung with a single thumbtack or nail. Can also be hung using double stick mounting squares which is a great option for renters as these squares are gentle on wall paint!
✄ Hand crafted from start to finish
✄ All name are hand drawn and hand stitched, some variation in letter structure will occur
✄ This hoop is totally customizable! You pick your fabric and thread colors.
✄ Embroidery hoop frame with wood with brass hardware.
✄ Fabric and thread are 100% cotton
Note about thread colors:
I don't list thread colors because there are a ton of them - so pick a color, any color and I will likely have it. In exchange for giving you so many options I ask that you allow me to use my best judgment and artistic license to best suit your requests. For "light blue" I use a thread similar to bahama blue fabric. For "navy" I used a dark blue and for "royal blue" I used a medium blue color very similar to the fabric color. For colors like "gold" and "silver" I will use a color that has no metallic lustier but is similar to that in hue. Please be aware, colors look different depending on what fabric they are put with.
